Prince Explorer
We are in love with gin and that is why we devote so much care and attention to it. Prince Explorer is a special gin, inspired by the personality of Prince Albert I: curious, adventurous and enterprising.
This gin, with a refreshing taste, is made from botanicals such as angelica, cardamom, coriander, Italian juniper, elderberry, Italian mandarin, Brazilian pink pepper, Sichuan pepper and thyme.
The balsamic and spicy smell is characterized by its pink pepper and juniper notes. The taste is fresh and sweet, with reminiscences of cardamom, Sichuan pepper and tangerine. Perfect for refreshing and intriguing aperitifs!

Drumshanbo Gunpowder
Gunpowder gin takes its name from the green tea of the same name. Made by the slow drying of tea leaves, rolled into a ball shape to resemble gunpowder (i.e., gunpower in English), this gin is characterized by a bitterish, fresh taste with a slight spicy note.
It is a delicate but structured gin with very distinctive tea nuances. The citrus note of pink grapefruit makes it particularly original. Try it at our cocktail bar in Rome, for aperitifs and special evenings!
